I’ve been in the field of ABA for 7 years and have worked in various settings including center-based, in-home, and collaborations with school districts. I have worked with kids as young as two and as old as 18 years. My masters degree is in Foundations of Behavior Analysis and I enjoy the areas of study related to functions of behavior and increasing functional communication, as well as all other aspects of behavior analysis! My favorite part about being a BCBA is seeing our RBTs clinical growth and helping kids to develop skills needed to live an independent life. I also enjoy collaborating with parents and seeing the growth parents make. Nothing compares to being a part of a child’s progress and seeing the interactions that develop from these skills. Being apart of the Aspire team provides a sense of family and unity, the support is endless and is truly a team approach.
