As a working mom to a 10 year old daughter I was inspired to obtain a career working with children and entered the mental health field in 2010. I later entered the field of ABA in 2014, working with teens and young adults. I obtained my credentialing as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2016 and have maintained that status since. My focus and passion for the field of ABA has primarily been driven by my experience in Early Intervention for the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders and seeing the positive resulting impact in children and families lives. Ultimately it was Lydia, the owner of Aspire and the excellent team that I had the pleasure to observe that sold me on joining the team; the care that was shown to the children and their loved ones, the pure family atmosphere of the team, and the appreciation for the team members is what has made this company different from any other I have worked with. What I love most about being an RBT is providing significant positive change in the lives of kids and their families! To see the growth and the success of overcoming each obstacle and knowing that together with my team we are putting good out into the world and creating a happier and safer place for individuals who are so beautifully unique, has certainly given my life meaning and for that I am so very grateful!
