I have been working with young people with Autism since I was 16 years old. I have worked in homes, inpatient programs, and special education settings. While working in a residential school I was introduced to ABA in an inpatioent ABA program and classroom. I enjoyed seeing young people achieve their goals and learn skills to help them become more successful in their lives. After many years working with older teens and young adults to prepare for adult placements, I chose to pursue early intervention ABA because I desire to see early learners get a jump start on their development and education. I love that ABA uses science to motivate people to reach their full potential and I love being a part of their journey. I chose Aspire because it is an environment where I can further my own knowledge and experience in ABA.
