I’ve been working in the area of child development since 2014, when I began pursuing my Master’s degree. While working at a day care and learning about infants, I received my Child Development Associate and then completed my Master’s degree in Psychology. After three and a half years in the field as an RBT, I still look forward to learning new things about ABA every day! Walking into the Aspire clinic feels like home. The group of people that work for Aspire all have the same core values; we work hard to make a difference in this world! I am thankful to be a part of a team that is both scientific and supportive! My favorite part about my role as an RBT is seeing each child blossom in their own way. I love a challenge and trying new interventions that may include out of the box thinking, but really make a difference for a child’s development. Having the opportunity to change lives by providing quality treatment is exactly why I continue and what I always strive to provide.
